The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs that it obtained information on the registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of the company made pursuant to resolutions No. 12, 13 and 14 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Polimex Mostostal S.A. of 29 February 2012 by the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register on 13 March 2012.
We attach the uniform text of the amended Articles of Association of the Company adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. on 29 February 2012.
