Termination of the Collective Labour Agreement in the Company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that, acting in compliance with § 6 sec. 1 point 1.2 of the Collective Labour Agreement of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. of 16 February 2007, in connection with Art. 2417 § 1 point 3 and § 2 of the Labour Code, it terminated on 29 June 2012 the Collective Labour Agreement of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. in its entirety, as amended by additional protocols, no. 1 of 26 July 2007 and no. 2 of 14 January 2010, with a three-month notice period ending on 30 September 2012.
