Termination of the Collective Labour Agreement in the Company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that acting in compliance with § 6 sec. 1 item 1.2 of the Collective Labour Agreement of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. of 30 November 2012, in connection with Art. 2417 § 1 point 3 and § 2 of the Labour Code, on 2 April 2013 it has terminated in its entirety the Collective Labour Agreement of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. by giving a three-month notice expiring on 31 July 2013.
