The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that today the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution pursuant to which it temporarily entrusted Mr. Przemysław Janiszewski with the duties of the Company’s President of the Management Board until the appointment of a new President of the Management Board.
