The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that today the Company has received from the statutory auditor - Deloitte Polska Sp. Z o.o. Sp. K. with its registered office in Warsaw, a letter issued at the request of the Company and addressed to the Financial Supervision Commission (KNF) in which the said entity [auditor] confirms the information reported in the current report No. 100/2017 of 13 December 2017 related to the partial termination of the agreement with an entity authorized to audit financial statements. The content of the statutory auditor’s letter is attached to this report.
