Striking off the subsidiary company from the register of entrepreneurs

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, with reference to the current report No. 49/2008 published on 11 July 2008 informs that in relation with the completion of the process of liquidation of the subsidiary company of the Isssuer operating under the name of Szczecińskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Przembud Sp. z o.o. in liquidation with registered office in Warsaw, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register, issued on 23 August 2011 a decision on its striking off from the National Court Register.
