Stock registration with the KDWP (National Depository for Securities).

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. informs that on 25 January 2011 it received information from the Operating Department of the National Depository for Securities on the Management of the National Depository for Securities adopting: 1. Resolution no. 51 in which the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities decided to assign code PLMSTSD00092 to 7,500 (seven thousand five hundred) ordinary bearer stocks of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. resulting from the exchange of 26 January 2011 of 7.500 (seven thousand five hundred) ordinary bearer stocks assigned the code: PLMSTSD00027. In the resolution, the Management Board of the Depository states that as of 26 January 2011 the code: PLMSTSD00027 shall be applied to 62,550 (sixty-two thousand five hundred fifty) stocks of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. and the code: PLMSTSD00092 shall be applied to 7,500 (seven thousand five hundred) stocks of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. The resolution was adopted by the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities on 24 January 2001 following examination of the application of which the Issuer informed in current report no. 9/2011. 2. Resolution no. 52 in which the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities, following examination of an application from Dom Inwestycyjny BRE Banku S.A. (BRE Bank Investment House) has decided to extend its participation in the National Depository for Securities with the ‘issue sponsor’ type with respect to the stock of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. featuring the code: PLMSTD00092 on condition of registration of the stock with the Depository for Securities, or a part thereof at a minimum, in open accounts of the National Depository for Securities for Dom Inwestycyjny BRE Banku S.A. within this type of participation.
