Stock assimilation with the KDWP (National Depository for Securities)

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw with reference to current reports No. 88/2015 dated 30 July 2015 and 89/2015 dated 3 August 2015 informs that on 4 August 2015 it received the information on the adoption of the Resolution No. 518/15 by the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities (KDPW) concerning effecting, on 7 August 2015, the assimilation of 37,550 (in words: thirty-seven thousand, five hundred and fifty) Company’s ordinary bearer shares under the code PLMSTSD00134 from 4,330,902,550 (in words: four billion, three hundred and thirty million, nine hundred and two thousand, five hundred and fifty) Company’s ordinary bearer shares under the code PLMSTSD00019.

The assimilated shares shall have the code PLMSTSD00019.

The Management Board of KDPW informs that, on 7 August 2015, 4,330,940,100 (four billion three hun
