Signing of a transfer contract of the Issuer’s real property

With reference to current report no. 61/2015 dated 12 February 2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 informs that today the Company, acting in the capacity of the Seller, and Molina spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością 2 S.K.A., acting in the capacity of the Buyer, concluded a contract transferring the Subject of the Contract established in accordance with current report no. 61/2015 (the ‘Transfer Contract’).
The Transfer Contract was concluded due to satisfaction of all conditions described in the Conditional Contract. Pursuant to the Conditional Contract and the Transfer Contract, the total gross price amounts to PLN 900,000.00 of the total net price.
