Signing of a transfer contract concerning the disposal of the Issuer’s real property

With reference to the current report no. 172/2014 and current report no. 210/2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 („Company”) informs that today the Company as the Seller and Molina spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością 1 S.K.A. as the Buyer concluded a contract transferring the Subject of the Contract established in accordance with current report no. 172/2014 (“Transfer Contract”).
The Transfer Contract was concluded due to satisfaction of all conditions described in the Conditional Contract.
Pursuant to the Conditional Contract and the Transfer Contract, the total net price amounts to PLN 10,5000,000; therefore, the total gross price amounts to PLN 12,746,250.
