Signing the insurance contract by the Subsidiary company.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that today the Insurance contract for construction and erection all risks insurance for “the design and execution of construction works as a part of a project “Quality improvement of the transportation services by improving the technical condition of the railway line no. 143 Kalety - Kluczbork section” has been concluded between Subsidiary Company under the company name TORPOL S.A. with its registered office in Poznań as the Insuring party, Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna as the Insurer and

- PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw

- TORPOL S.A., Poznań (as a leader of the general executive consortium),

- POZBUD T&R S.A., (as a consortium member),

Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Technicznych INTERCOR Sp. z o.o. (as a consortium member),

- the subcontractors and other formally employed companies participating in the execution of the contract, as an insurant.

The total amount of insurance - PLN 321,009,849.38

Insurance period: 06.03.2013 – 14.05.2015,

The insurance premium was determined upon on market terms;

The value of the Issuer's equity capital has been assumed to be the criterion for considering the Contract to be material.
