Signing of an Annex to the Framework Agreement on Granting Bank Guarantees, Opening Letters of Credit and Granting Credit with Credit-Agricole CIB

15/2012The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, with reference to the current report No. 91/2010 published on 7 December 2010 and amended on 10 December 2010 informs that on 27 February 2012 an Annex No. 18 to the Framework Agreement on Granting Bank Guarantees, Opening Letters of Credit and Granting Credit was signed with Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank S.A., Branch in Poland, setting the granted limit for the amount of PLN 146,000,000.00 and prolonging the term of its utilisation until 30.11.2012.

Securities and the amount of commission have been agreed upon on market terms.

The value of the Issuer's equity capital has been assumed to be the criterion for considering the Contract to be material.
