Signing of an Annex to the Framework Agreement on bank guarantees with Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, with reference to the current report no. 14/2011 published on 3 February 2011 informs that on 28 November 2011 it received an Annex no. 5 to the Framework Agreement on bank guarantees no. 1/2009, signed by Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A.
The said Annex to the Framework Agreement on bank guarantees no. 1/2009 to the amount of PLN 200 million extends the period of using this limit to 17 November 2012.
Securities of the Agreement have been renegotiated and agreed upon on market terms.
The value of the Issuer's equity capital has been assumed to be the criterion for considering the Contract to be material.
