Signing of an Annex to the conditional contract concerning the disposal of the Issuer’s real property

With reference to the current report no. 172/2014 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, informs that on 11 December 2014 the contract on the conditional sale of the real property located in Bielkowo, between the Company as the Seller and Molina spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością S.K.A. as the Buyer, dated 30 October 2014, was amended.

In view of the fact that not all of the conditions provided for in the conditional sale contract were fulfilled and that they are unlikely to be fulfilled before the end date settled by the parties, the Seller and the Buyer decided to amend the conditional sale contract and move the end date to 28 February 2015.

Other provisions of the Conditional sale contract remain unchanged.
