Signing of an Annex to the Agreement on the revolving working credit with PKO BP S.A.

With reference to the current report no. 130/2012, 74/2011, 36/2012 and 130/2012 the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A informs that on 28.02.2013 it received an Annex no. 2 to the Agreement on the revolving working credit in the amount of PLN 200,000,000.00 signed by PKO BP S.A.  The Annex defines the provisions of the Credit Agreement and adjusts them to the provisions of the Agreement on the Principles of Managing the Financial Debt signed on 21.12.2012. The credit amount has been agreed for the amount of debt as of the day of signing the Agreement on the Principles of Managing the Financial Debt amounting PLN 199,996,784.76. The credit shall be finally paid in full on 31.12.2016.

Securities and the amount of commission have been agreed upon on terms and conditions of the Agreement on the principles of managing the financial debt.
