Signing of an Annex to the Agreement on the revolving working capital with PKO BP S.A.

With reference to the current report no. 67/2008, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A informs that on 12.04.2013 it received an Annex no. 1 to the Agreement on the revolving working capital in the amount of PLN 150,000,000.00 signed by PKO BP S.A. The Annex defines the provisions of the Credit Agreement adjusting them to the provisions of the Agreement on the principles of managing the financial debt signed on 21.12.2012. The credit amount has been agreed for the amount of debt as of the day of signing the Agreement on the principles of managing the financial debt amounting PLN 93 442 253.94. The credit shall be finally paid in full on 31.12.2016.

Securities and the amount of commission have been agreed upon on terms and conditions of the abovementioned Agreement.
