Signing of an Annex to the Agreement on the guarantee line with Kredyt Bank S.A.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17, with reference to the current report no. 89/2010, published on 23 November 2010 informs that on 25 November 2011 it received an Annex no. 6 to the Agreement on the guarantee line no. 2366865WS10100700 signed by Kredyt Bank S.A.

Pursuant to the concluded Annex to the Agreement on the guarantee line in the amount of PLN 147.4 million the period of using this line has been extended by one year, i.e. until 31.10.2012.

Total exposure to credit instruments, granted to the Company by Kredyt Bank S.A. amounts to PLN 187.4 million, including PLN 40.0 million in respect of the agreement on working capital credit granted until 30.10.2012. 

Securities of the aforementioned agreement and the amount of commission and charges have been agreed upon on market terms.

The value of the Issuer's equity capital has been assumed to be the criterion for considering the Contract to be material.
