Signing of an agreement

With reference to current report no. 34/2014 dated 25 February 2014, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 (“the Company”) hereby informs that on 24 February 2015 the Company entered into an agreement with B.C. Intesa Sanpaolo Romania S.A. (“the Bank”) regarding the payment of a liability of the Company arising from exercising the Company’s surety by the Bank for the credit facilities of the subsidiary company Coifer Impex SRL. The agreement involves the repayment of the debt in the total amount of EUR 2,337,868.43 (which is equal to PLN 9,763,639.92 at the NBP mid-rate, in accordance with the exchange rates table no. 037/A/NBP/2015 dated 2015-02-24). The repayment of the debt amount shall take place in 12 monthly instalments by 29.01.2016.
