Selection of the most advantageous tender

17(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered address in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company”) hereby informs that, on 21.07.2016, it was notified by Polimex Energetyka Sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of the Company) that PGE GiEK Zespół Elektrowni Dolna Odra (hereinafter referred to as the Employer) has selected the tender submitted by the consortium Polimex Energetyka sp. z o.o. (consortium leader), Doosan Lentjes GmbH (partner), as the most advantageous one in the public procurement procedure under the name "Construction of a flue gas desulphurisation plant based on a semi-dry method with a dry ash distribution plant for two Benson OP-206 boilers in the Pomorzany Power Station”.

The Consortium has submitted the most advantageous tender in the procedure in question with a price of PLN 97 million net.
