Selection of the Issuer subsidiary’s offer

Legal basic: Article 17(1) MAR

The management board “Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that it has been informed about the selection of the offer submitted by Naftoremont-Naftobudowa SP. z o.o. (a subsidiary of the Issuer) and AGAT S.A.’s (the “Consortium”), as the best bid in the tender for PERN S.A. (The “Contracting Authority”) in the scope of:  “Construction of  2 x 32000 m³ [liquid fuel] storage tanks, along with the infrastructure in the Fuel Base No 2 in Nowa Wieś Wielka” and

“Construction of  2 x 32000 m³ [liquid fuel] storage tanks, along with the infrastructure in the Fuel Base No 1 in Koluszki” (the “Task”/”Order”).

The remuneration for the completion of the Task for Naftoremont-Naftobudowa Sp.   z o.o.  Will amount to PLN 65,000,000 net.

The Issuer will provide information about the conclusion of the agreement for the implementation of the Tasks and on the terms and conditions thereof in a separate current report.
