Selection of the bid placed by the Consortium with a subsidiary company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs, that today it obtained from the subsidiary company, operating under the name TORPOL S.A., an information on the selection of the bid of the Consortium of the following companies to be the most advantageous: TORPOL S.A. (the Consortium Leader), Zakład Robót Komunikacyjnych DOM w Poznaniu Sp. z o.o. [DOM Communication Works Plant in Poznań Ltd.] and Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Technicznych INTERCOR Sp. z o.o. [INTERCOR Technical Services Enterprise Ltd. ] for the reconstruction of truck systems together with the accompanying infrastructure of the E59 line section from Czempiń to Poznań within the framework of the POIiŚ 7.1-5.1 project “Modernisation of a E59 railway line from Wrocław to Poznań, stage III, Czempiń- Poznań section, reference no. IRZRf-216-02/11-POIiŚ 7.1-5.1., for PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.[PKP Polish Railway Lines JSC] with the registered office in Warsaw.

The gross bid value amounts to PLN 671,209,880.53 (PLN 545,699,089.86 net), including TORPOL S.A share of 80%.

One is entitled to means of legal protection against the results of these proceedings provided for in the Public Procurement Law.
