Selection of the bid placed by the Consortium with the participation of a subsidiary company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 informs, that today it obtained from the subsidiary company operating under the company name TORPOL S.A. an information on the selection of the bid of the Consortium of the following companies to be the most advantageous: TORPOL S.A. (Consortium Leader), Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Technicznych INTERCOR Sp. z o.o. and POZBUD T&R S.A. The subject of the agreement is the design and execution of construction works as a part of the project “Quality improvement of the transportation services by improving the technical condition of the railway line no. 143 Kalety − Kluczbork section” for PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw.

The price of the bid amounts to PLN 367,536,114.74 gross (PLN 298,809,849.38 net), including TORPOL S.A. share of 65%.

Execution period: 25 months

One is entitled to means of legal protection against the results of these proceedings provided for in the Public Procurement Law.
