Selection of the bid placed by the Consortium

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 17 November 2011 it received a notification from PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A. on the selection of the most advantageous bid placed by the Consortium consisting of the following companies: RAFAKO S.A., Polimex-Mostostal S.A. and MOSTOSTAL WARSZAWA S.A. in the negotiated procedure with prior publication for awarding a public contract entitled: “Construction of power units No. 5 and No. 6 in PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A.”

The price of the bid amounts to PLN 11,558,310,000.00 gross (PLN 9,397,000,000.00 net).

One is entitled to means of legal protection against the results of these proceedings provided for in the Public Procurement Law.
