Selection of a bid made by the Issuer’s subsidiary company

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. having its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pawła II  12 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) hereby informs that today an Issuer’s subsidiary company , namely Polimex Energetyka Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Subsidiary Company’) received from Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. (hereinafter referred to as ‘PGE’) a notice of selection of the bid made by the Subsidiary Company as the most beneficial one in the open tender proceedings regarding ‘Modernisation of CFB-670 boilers at units 1-3 of PGE GiEK S.A. Turów Power Plant Division’.

Gross value of the offer is PLN 417,635,430.00 (PLN 339,541,000.00 net).

One is entitled to means of legal protection against the results of public procurement proceedings as provided for in the Public Procurement Law.

The Issuer will notify the terms of the contract between the Subsidiary Company and PGE in a separate report subsequent to conclusion of the said contract.
