seizure of property rights to which the Company is entitled to secure claims provided for in the valid payment order

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 1 July 2014 it was informed that a court executive officer had seized property rights (interests and profits) due to the Company in the following companies: (i) Polimex-Mostostal Development sp. z o. o., (ii) Pracownia Wodno-Chemiczna Ekonomia sp. z o.o., (iii) Polimex Venture Development sp. z o.o., (iv) ‘Energomontaż-Północ – Technika Spawalnicza i Laboratorium’ sp. z o.o., (v) StalFa sp. z o.o., (vi) Polimex Projekt Kozienice sp. z o. o.

The seizures were performed upon the request of Ekotechnika Plus Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kielce in order to secure its claims regarding the payment of the amount due of PLN 57,529.76. The secured claim has been provided for in the valid payment order issued in the writ-of-payment proceedings by the District Court in Lublin with its office in Świdnik VIII Commercial Division.
