Seizure of Company's bank account

With reference to the current report no. 132/2013 dated 8 October 2013, The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) informs that on 9 October 2013 received information of a court executive officer seizing Company's receivables on bank account operated by Bank Polska Kasa Opieki SA to the amount of PLN 18,317, 524.08 plus interests and costs.

The seizures were performed upon the request of SUPER-KRUSZ Sp. z o.o. in order to secure the claims regarding the payment of the amount due totaling: PLN 18,317,524.98 plus interests and costs. The secured claim has been provided for in the order for payment issued by the Regional Court in Cracow against the Company and Doprastav a.s. in Bratislava as joint and several debtors in dunning proceedings which the Company has not defended yet.
