Resignation of a Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company") informs that on 1 December 2014 the Company obtained information that Mr Dariusz Krawczyk resigned from the position of a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, effective as of the date of the next General Meeting of the Company.
Mr Dariusz Krawczyk did not provide reasons for his resignation.
Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 point 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member state equivalent (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] of 2009 No. 33, item 259 as amended).
