Resignation of a Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (‘the Company’) informs that on 27 May 2015 the Company obtained information on resignation from holding the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company of Mr Adam Ambrozik, effective as of 27 May 2014.
Mr Dariusz Krawczyk did not provide reasons for his resignation.
Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 item 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and terms of deeming information required by the regulations of a non-member state equivalent (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] of 2009 No. 33, item 259 as amended).
