Resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board

Legal basis: Article 56(1), point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information                                         

The Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that today the Company received the resignation of Mr Konrad Milczarski from his functions in the Company’s Supervisory Board. The resignation will come into effect on 31 May 2020. Within the Supervisory Board Mr Konrad Milczarski served as the chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr Milczarski did not indicate the reasons for his resignation.

Legal basis: Paragraph 5, point 4 in relation to paragraph 9 of the Regulation from the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on the terms and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
