Resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board

Legal basis: Article 56(1), point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information                                      

The Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that on 28 February 2020 the Company received the resignation of Mr Paweł Mazurkiewicz from his functions in the Company’s Supervisory Board. The resignation came into effect on 29 February 2020. Mr Paweł Mazurkiewicz did not indicate the reasons for his resignation.

Legal basis: Paragraph 5, point 4 in relation to paragraph 9 of the Regulation from the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on the terms and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
