Resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board

Legal basis: Article 56, item 1 point 2 of the Act on the offer - current and periodic information      

The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on October 3rd , 2018, the Company received the resignation of Mr. Andrzej Sokolewicz - Member of the Supervisory Board, acting as the Secretary of the Supervisory Board and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board.

The resignation will become effective on October 4th , 2018. Mr. Andrzej Sokolewicz has not indicated the reasons for his decision to resign.

 

Legal basis:

§ 5 para. point 4 in conjunction with § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29th March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
