Resignation of the Member of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. Management Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (“the Company”) informs that on 30 November 2012 Mr Zygmunt Artwik resigned from the post of the Member of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. Company, effective as of 28 February 2013.

paragraph 5, sec. 1 item 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Dz. U. (Journal of Laws) No. 33 of 28.02.2009 item 259 as amended).
