Removal of the Issuer's subsidiary from the National Court Register

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Issuer”) informs that today it has obtained the information that on 20.11.2014 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register issued a decision to remove the Issuer's subsidiary Polimex-Sices Polska sp. z o.o. in liquidation, with its registered office in Warsaw, from the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.
