Removal of the Issuer's subsidiary company from the National Court Register

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer ”) at ul. Młynarska 42 informs that today the Issuer has obtained the information that on 29.10.2014 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register decided to remove the Issuer's subsidiary company Zakład Budowlano Instalacyjny „Turbud” sp. z o.o. in liquidation from the National Court Register. The decision is not binding.
