Registration of Company’s Collective Labour Agreement in the register

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 hereby informs that on 11 December 2012 the National Labour Inspectorate acting pursuant to Article 241 11 (1) (2) of the Labour Code has registered the Company’s Collective Labour Agreement of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. in the register.
Company’s Collective Labour Agreement of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. comes into force on 1 January 2013.
