Registration of the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association

Legal basic: Art. 56 item 1 point 2 of the Public Offering Act – current and periodic information

The management board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (The “Company”), with its registered office in Warsaw, notifies that through the Ministry of Justice electronic services platform eMS (available online at:  https://ems.ms.gov.pl) it has been informed that the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association, introduced by the Resolution No 4 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of 30 November 2017, have been registered today. The amendment encompassed § 7.1 of the Company’s Articles of Association; the comparison of the repealed and amended content of the aforementioned document was published in the current report No. 97/2017 of 30 November 2017. The consolidated text of the articles of association, including the aforementioned amendment has been provided by the Issuer to the public in current report No. 103/2017 of 18 December 2017.

Legal basis: § 38 item 1 point 2 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state.
