Registration of the amending the Company’s Articles of Association

Legal basic: Art. 56 item 1 point 2 of the Public Offering Act – current and periodic information

The management board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA (The “Company”), with its registered office in Warsaw, notifies that through the Ministry of Justice electronic services platform eMS (available online at:   https://ems.ms.gov.pl) it has been informed that the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association, introduced by the Resolution No 4 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of 17 October 2017, have been registered today. The consolidated text of the articles of association, including the aforementioned amendment have been transferred by the Issuer to the public in current report No. 82/2017 of 17 October 2017.

Legal basis: § 38 item 1 point 2 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state.
