Registering some of the additional securities on receivables resulting from the Issuer’s bonds

1)    With reference to the report no. 155/2014 dated 16.10.2014 the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A with its registered office at ul. Młynarska 42 („Company”) hereby informs that on this day it has received information that the following additional securities on receivables resulting from new series A convertible bearer bonds amounting to the total nominal value of PLN 81,500,000 and series B ordinary bearer bonds of the total nominal value of PLN 58,500,000, issued on 1st October 2014, were registered („Additional Securities on Bonds”):mortgage on the Issuer’s immovables established to the benefit of Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłowego S.A. („Pledgee”). The mortgage applies to immovables located in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski under the Land and Mortgage Register number KI10/00030477/3 and KI10/00030817/9. The value of the security amounts to 210,000,000 PLN. Mortgage registration occurred under the decision of the District Court in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, V Division of Land and Mortgage Register.

2)    mortgage on the Issuer’s immovables established to the benefit of the Pledgee. The Mortgage applies to the immovables located in Rudnik under the Land and Mortgage Register number TB1N/00003238/4 and TB1N/0005516/1. The value of the security amounts to 210,000,000 PLN. Mortgage Registration occurred under the decision of the District Court in Nisko, IV Division of Land and Mortgage Register.

There are no connections between the Company, its Managers or Supervisors and the Pledgee, its Managers or Supervisors.
