Receipt of an order under the contract

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby informs that on 31 December 2014 KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. („KGHM”) ordered for the consortium of: Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw andTulcon S.A. with its registered office in Ostrzeszów („the Consortium”) to perform the task “Construction and installation of a pipeline from OPZ to FKS” at the Głogów I Smelter in the scope of: delivery and installation of support structures for the pipeline system - Elektrofiltr [Electrostatic precipitator] - FKS, the support structure for the dust removal system and the startup installation of the Flash Furnace, delivery and installation of the process KO-EF and the starting pipeline,   as well as construction of power supply, lightning protection and grounding systems under the contract regarding the“ Programme for Modernisation of Pyrometallurgy (“Works”) as part of the process line of Głogów I Smelter” concluded by and between the Consortium and KGHM (“the Contract”).

The Issuer’s participation in the Consortium amounts to 55%.The net value of the order amounts to 32,500,000 PLN.
