Recall of the member of the Management Board

Current report no. 28/2014

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 ("Issuer") informs that on 12 February 2014 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer has adopted a resolution on recalling Mr. Arkadiusz Kropidłowski from the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company as of the day of adoption of the resolution.

The Supervisory Board did not provide the reasons for recall.

 Legal basis: § 5 (1) (22), § 28 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for deeming information required by regulations of a non-Member State equivalent.
