Publication dates of periodical reports in 2019

Legal basis: Article 56, paragraph 1(2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information  

The Management Board of “Polimex-Mostostal” S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) hereby informs about the publication dates of periodical reports in the upcoming financial year:

12th April 2019 – separate consolidated report for the year 2018;

13th May 2019 – quarterly consolidated report for Q1 2019 including separate quarterly financial information;

26th August 2019 – separate consolidated report for the first half of 2019;

12th November 2019 – quarterly consolidated report for Q3 2019 including separate quarterly financial information.

In addition, the Management Board informs that:

- compliant with paragraph 79(2) of the Regulation from the Minister of Finance of 29th March 2018 on current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on the terms and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the “Regulation”), the Issuer will not submit the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 and Q4 for the financial year 2019;

- compliant with paragraph 62(1) of the Regulation, the Issuer will submit consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 and Q3 for the financial year 2019 including quarterly financial information of the parent company. The Issuer will not provide separate quarterly reports for these reporting periods.

All periodical reports will be published on the Company's website (www.polimex-mostostal.pl/en) in the Investor Relations section.
