The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. hereby informs that today, i.e. on 20 May 2013, the Annual General Meeting of Stockholders Polimex-Cekop limited liability company passed a resolution on the opening liquidation on May 31,2013 and selection of the liquidator, Mr. Andrzej Dąbrowski.
