Opening of bankruptcy proceedings.

With reference to current report no. 58/2013 dated 30 April 2013, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Issuer”) informs that today it has obtained information that on 27.02.2015 the Court in Bucharest - VII Civil Division issued a decision pursuant to which bankruptcy proceedings against S.C. Colifer Impex S.R.L. with its registered office in Bucharest - a subsidiary company of the Issuer - were approved.
By decision dated 27.02.2015, the Court in Bucharest appointed ZRP Insolvency S.P.R.L., a civil law partnership with its registered office in Bucharest, as the legal liquidator for S.C. Coifer Impex S.R.L. with its registered office in Bucharest.
