Ongoing negotiations regarding the participation of Alstom in Opole project.

The Management Board of POLIMEX-MOSTOSTAL S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) with reference to the current report no. 112/2013 dated 14 August 2013, in which the Company informed on signing the letter of intent between the Company and PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. (formerly PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A.) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Ordering Party’) as well as Rafko S.A. and Mostostal Warszawa S.A. acting jointly with the Company as a consortium of companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as the ‘Consortium’), Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. (hereinafter referred to as ‘PKO BP’) and Alstom Power Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Alstom’) concluded a non-binding letter of intent pertaining to the participation of Alstom in the project of construction of power units no. 5 and 6 at Opole Power Plant (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Project’), hereby informs that in spite of the expiry of date 30 September 2013, which was provided for indicatively by the parties of the letter of intent as a date for specifying the terms of Alstom participating in the Project, the egotiations in aforementioned case are being continued.

The Company shall publish the relevant current report immediately after specifying the terms of Alstom participating in the Project.
