Notification of discontinuance of a collective labor dispute

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’), with reference to current report no. 57/2013 dated 30 April 2013, hereby informs that on 27 August 2013 the Company signed an agreement putting an end to a collective labor dispute with trade unions operating within the Company.
