The Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”) informs that pursuant to article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, the Issuer received a notification about the transactions on shares from the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer Mr Konrad Milczarski. The notification is enclosed as an attachment to this current report.
