Notice of initiation of a collective labour dispute

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Czackiego 15/17 (“Company”) informs that on 30 April 2013 it submitted to the Regional Labour Inspector in Warsaw a notice in the course of Article 8 of the Act of 23 May 1991 of settling collective disputes on initiating by Issuer’s trade unions of a collective dispute.
