New members of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 (“the Company”), with reference to the current report no 195/2014 dated 3 December 2014, informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company appointed to the Company’s Supervisory Board the following members: Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk and Mr Andrzej Zwara.

Acting in accordance with the adopted principles of Good Practices of Companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and in order to enable the Shareholders of the Company to familiarize themselves with the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board, the Company provided the resume of Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk in the current report no. 195/2014 dated 03.12.2014. Enclosed to this report the Company provides the resume of Mr Andrzej Zwara.

The appointed members of the Company’s Supervisory Board submitted written declarations that they do not run competitive activities to the Company and that they are not members of any competitive partnerships or of any bodies of competitive capital companies, as well as that they do not participate in any other competitive legal entities as members of their bodies.

They also declared that they are not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] of 2013 No.120, item 1203).
