List of information made public in 2014

With reference to the current report no. 21/2015 dated 29 January 2015 and no. 23/2015 dated 30 January 2015, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42, 01-171 Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Debtor”, “the Issuer”) on this day has obtained the information that on 24 February 2015 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, Commercial Court, X Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Reorganization, issued a decision on discontinuance of bankruptcy proceedings comprising liquidation of the Debtor’a assets, initiated at the petition of a creditor of the Company Zdzisław Sówka conducting business activity under the business name of PHU Plast - Bud Zdzisław Sówka.

The decision is not binding.The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 presents a list of information specified in Art. 56 (1) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system, and on public companies made public in 2014.
