Liquidation of a subsidiary – WBP Zabrze Sp. z o.o. – has been started

The Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 42 hereby informs that today, i.e. on 2 July 2015, they obtained information that the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of its subsidiary company, WBP Zabrze sp. z o.o., adopted a resolution to dissolve the company as of 1 July 2015, to start liquidation of the company and to appoint Jacek Bartmiński its liquidator.
